ETHICS, INTEGRITY, AND PLAGIARISM POLICY
WASMSR is committed to upholding the highest standards of research integrity. The journal prohibits:
- Plagiarism and self-plagiarism
- Data fabrication or falsification
- Image manipulation
- Redundant or duplicate publication
- Undisclosed conflicts of interest
- All other forms of academic misconduct
Manuscripts may be screened using similarity checking tools to ensure originality. Authors must confirm that their submissions:
- Are original and have not been published elsewhere
- Are not under consideration by any other journal
- Properly acknowledge all sources, including prior work, data, software, and the use of AI-assisted tools
- Have obtained all necessary ethical approvals and informed consent for research involving human participants, animals, or sensitive data
Where serious ethical breaches are identified, WASMSR may issue corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions as appropriate, in order to maintain the integrity of the scholarly record.
